SPORTS

Sports are a big part of life at Orono High School. 87% of students are involved in sports–it’s an excellent way to make new friends, practice English, and learn about American culture.

Teams practice (or have a game/meet/match) everyday after school. You can think of it as an extension of the school day. Classes end at 2:15, then sports start around 3pm and finish around 4:30 or 5pm.
