COURSE OFFERINGS

Orono High School Vocal/Choral Department strives to create a welcoming, diverse and eclectic space for students to explore their love of singing and music in a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Our innovative course offerings are designed to nurture confident, learned, healthful singers and musicians while providing them with an in-depth knowledge of a variety of styles, genres, time periods, and cultures through interdisciplinary exploration and relationships. The overarching goal of the department is to instill within our students the importance, value, and need for community in our world, and to create life-long singers and lovers of music.
